ABOUT
Inner Mind Counseling offers individual and family therapy for toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults. We specialize in treating anxiety and trauma.
We offer a variety of different therapeutic models informed by brain science and understanding the nervous system. We take brain development into consideration when implementing different types of therapy. We understand that brains are not fully developed until age 25 which impacts how treatment is delivered for each individual.
At your first appointment, your therapist will recommend and collaborate with you on specific types of treatment for you or your child based on your presenting concern, your family background, your goals/needs, and your past history of therapeutic treatment.
